Godazio — a full
legal SaaS platform

Godazio is an end-to-end legal practice platform we designed, built and shipped: matter and case management, document generation and e-signature, time recording and billing, client portal, and a permissions model built for how firms actually delegate work.

Now adopted by a Legal 500 firm. Getting there meant treating adoption as an engineering problem — migrating live matters without downtime, matching existing fee-earner workflows before improving them, and passing security review with audit trails, SSO and data residency in place from the start.

SiteMind is an intelligent platform for surveyors and contractors: jobs coded automatically from site notes, photos and descriptions, then managed end to end — schedules, expenses, receipts and reports in one place instead of five spreadsheets and a glovebox full of paper.

The AI does the tedious part: reading what the surveyor actually wrote, matching it to the right job and cost codes, extracting figures from receipts, and drafting the client-facing report. People stay in control — every suggestion is editable, and anything ambiguous is flagged rather than guessed.

LMS Plus — a learning
platform with AI built in

LMS Plus is a full learning management platform — courses, cohorts, enrolments, assessments, certification and reporting — with AI woven through the parts that usually eat an administrator's week rather than bolted on as a chatbot in the corner.

Course material becomes drafted lessons and question banks; submissions get first-pass marking with rationale for the tutor to accept or override; learners get explanations at their level and a path that adapts to what they got wrong. Every AI action is logged and reversible, so academic integrity stays auditable.
