Who handles your information
TBWD is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, email info@tbwd.ai. Our contact addresses are MQR Gateway, New Cairo, Egypt, and 48 Lancaster Gate, London W2 3NA, United Kingdom.
What we collect
- Your name and email address when you submit an enquiry.
- Your selected service, project brief, the website you submit from, and any personal information you choose to include.
- A receipt reference, submission time and the privacy notice version associated with your enquiry.
- Short-lived, pseudonymised rate-limit counters derived from your connection address. These use a keyed hash and expire within 24 hours; the enquiry record does not contain your raw connection address.
Please do not include passwords, confidential client documents or sensitive personal records in your brief. The form does not accept attachments.
Why we use it
We use your details to assess your request, reply, discuss a potential engagement and keep a record of the conversation in our private customer relationship management (CRM) system. We also use rate-limit counters to protect the enquiry service from abuse.
Where UK data protection law applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the service; taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable; and meeting legal obligations where records must be kept.
No marketing or WhatsApp permission
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing or give permission for WhatsApp messages. Both permissions are recorded as false. We do not sell your data, add your enquiry to advertising audiences or use your project brief to draft public marketing posts.
Storage, access and sharing
Enquiries are stored in our privately operated intake system and CRM. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle the enquiry or maintain those systems. Hosting and communications providers may process information to operate those services. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
The enquiry ledger removes submitted enquiry details 90 days after receipt. At ledger cleanup, linked CRM records are queued for a separate manual removal review. CRM deletion is not automatic and currently has no fixed completion deadline; ledger cleanup does not mean every CRM copy has been erased. Short-lived rate-limit counters expire within 24 hours.
If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, any additional processing and retention requirements should be addressed as part of that engagement. You can contact us to ask what information remains or request deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and legal record-keeping requirements. Email info@tbwd.ai; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Cookies and browser storage
These website pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The enquiry form keeps its retry state only while the page remains open; it does not save your enquiry details in cookies, local storage or session storage.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Each enquiry records the notice version displayed with the form. Recording a notice version is not marketing consent.
